Google Literacy

Google has pulled together its books, video, map and blogging services to help teachers share reading resources.  Their goal is to have a site that will help educational organizations access important information about literacy problems and solutions.  They have asked literacy organizations from around the world to upload videos explaining and demonstrating successful literacy programs.  There is a book search and a section called “scholar” that allows you to search for research related to literacy.  You can also blog or join a group to discuss literacy issues.  Go to www.google.com/literacy.
